I miss the old hat. I wish they could have gave an explanation of the eye change. the did it in the Sonic Comics both Archie and Fleetway. A legendary weaken pickachu after he took down a legendary and team rocket have gotten better were big surprise

The old Guard, the first season, is the old Guard. Nothing can stop them. Ash is part of the old Guard trainers, So he should be unstopable. but he is not. Why is that?

first his pikachu electricity got weaken by legendary pokemon.Second, he using rookie pokemon which he should stop doing that after this region since team rocket are now being a threat and his nerfed pikachu. Iris was with her pokemon when she was five so there is her reason. That being said he should be considered competent by now. I can defend it but I do detect the flaws as well.

Indeed. team Rocket is only that way in stepping up there game is because they are under orders to find this Organization that dominates the reagon Ash is in right now. Once found they will destroy them in a turff war. But yes i do agree with you.
